Although I'm someone who rarely wears no blacks, for this outfit I decided to go all in neutrals. I usually don't like to wear any jeans or pants that are not skinny, but I figured it was about time I wore these wide-leg pants I got over a year ago at a local boutique at a great price. I figured these would most definitely look way better with a pair of pumps, but I honestly hate wearing heels, especially during the day. Don't get me wrong, I love heels and the way they make my legs look, but I hate the way they make me feel after I wear them, because I'm all about comfort. And that's the story of how I ended up in flats for who knows what time.
It's time for that "Hello April, be good to me" crap, but I ain't about that life. I believe life is just what you make of it and wishing and hoping it will get better won't do you any good unless you decide to make some changes for your own self. That's exactly what I used to do, but that is no more. I have finally started sorting my life out and life has never been more beautiful than at this very moment... More of that will come in a post I'm preparing, but until then, let me just remind you of the photos I have shared with you on Instagram throughout the month of March. Instagram is my happy place and I post pretty much every day, so in case you're interested about what I do, make sure to head over there and hit me up @trendgalore.
When I came to realization how many outfit photos I haven't published on the blog, I decided that had to be changed asap. Today, I'm taking it back to December 2015 when I wore this black and white outfit (those who follow me on Instagram are pretty familiar with it). The reason I haven't been posting much lately I can't yet reveal as I'd have to get pretty personal, but we'll get there one day. Now that I'm fully motivated and inspired again, you can most definitely expect a whole lot of posts and new content! I also need to say how obsessed I am with the song Ocean Drive by Duke Dumont at the very moment, hence the title of this post. It's definitely one of those songs that make me feel some kind of way.
After a month of intensive use, I'm finally ready to write a review about The Envy Blowdry set, which I received through The Blogger Programme. I was honestly a little sceptical when I first started using these, because I'm never really completely pleased with my hair, apart from when I get it done at a professional hair salon, but let me tell you one thing - this really does wonders to your hair! I have natural hair, which has never been dyed (apart from that one time I did ombre 4 years ago and couldn't wait to cut that horror off), so it's pretty healthy and without many damages, but it does tend to get a little wild on occasions, so I figured that I wouldn't see any changes... I most definitely did. Even though my hair had that natural shine to it, it got even more shinier and smoother after just one use of The Blowdry Set, about which I'll tell you more below. In case you decide to give this fantastic set a try, you can use the code BLOG40 at the checkout for 40% off by the end of March at EnvyPro.co.uk.
Truth be told, I'm still not ready to talk about what's been happening to me lately, but what I can say is that I've been lacking energy and will to do pretty much anything useful. I figured if I took a short break from everything (blogging included), things would change. Needless to say, they didn't, but let's not talk about it. What's important is that I'm back and I won't be taking any unannounced breaks whatsoever. The first outfit after this unexpected, month-long break is this one, including my brand new navy long coat from SheIn.com. What I love about this coat is the fact that thanks to its length and color, you can wear it casual or as something a bit dressier. I decided to go with the casual type. I'm most certain that I will get a whole lot of wear out of this coat during spring and I'm so excited about it!
